Log in, using your user name.  If you do not know your current password, go through the Lost Password procedure on the login page.  The system will send you a new computer-generated password to use.  Use it, then go in and change it to something you can remember, using the procedure outlined below.

To change a password, look at the column of choices over on the left side of the screen.  Under the heading "Member Services", there is a sub-heading called "My Family Information" - click on that. 

It'll give you a page titled "Family Website Account".  There are three rectangular buttons across the top; choose "Change Account Password/Email". 

Now you're on a new page titled "Member Account".  Go to the middle section and update your password. 

Then you're finished and can go back and choose where you want to go from that list over on the left-hand side of the screen.
